GAP Analysis & Fee Proposal
Our competent assessors will conduct a review of your current system .
This will enable us determine the scope of work and the GAP between your system & the ISO standard(s)
A fee proposal will be presented o you and upon acceptance, we will commence the process.
Documentation & Toolkit
You can either develop your Standard specific documented information in house or we can assign a competentent Consultant
to develop your systems & support you with the implementation ,
A pre-assessment audit will be undertaken to determine your readiness fr the certification audit .
Please note that the consultant is independent of the certification Auditor .
Certification Audit(s)
upon completion of the earlier processes, a competent Auditor will be assigned to conduct the document review (Stage1 ) and the certification audit (Stage 2 ) of your management system..
if successful, a positive audit report & a certificate of registration will be issued to your organisation.
Surveillance Audit(s)
To maintain your ISO Registration certificate, an annual surveillance Audit of your system is required.
This is to ensure that your management system is adequately maintained as required by the standard .
